Shane & Katie Jewell

Shane and Katie Jewell are developing worship teams for church plants in Colombia through mentorship and music lessons. Shane also serves the Latin American Area as VISA coordinator, helping connect the U.S. church with the Latin American church through short-term mission trips. In addition to raising and homeschooling their three children, Katie serves on the Connections Team, sharing stories of God’s work in Latin America via Facebook and Instagram. This year, Shane hopes to start a woodworking trade school to serve and mentor undereducated youth and adults who need skills for employment.  Children: Josie, Norah, Asher 

Seth & Hlawn Hlawn 

Van Tifflin

Seth and Hlawn Hlawn Van Tifflin founded In Better Hands in 2012 to care for children at risk of trafficking and assist widows. They live in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with their three children—Jason, Noah, and Abigail.
Seth serves as Executive Director of In Better Hands and Events & New Connections Coordinator for FMWM-Asia, while Hlawn serves as liaison for In Better Hands in Myanmar. They continue studying Thai language and culture.

David Clemente

Assistant Director - Philippines/ Indonesia/ Oceania  David Clemente is currently a U.S.- based missionary serving Asia. As a member of the Asia Leadership Team, Dr. David Clemente regularly travels to consult with pastors and supervise selected Asian leaders. He is an Asia Area Assistant Director overseeing FMWM interests in the Philippines, Creative Access Asia-IA and the Oceania region. David has a vision for mobilizing partnerships and encouraging support for FMWM-Asia's vision of influencing a million Asians for Jesus. David's wife, Sarah, also served as an FMWM missionary in Asia until 2024 when she began serving as the Director of Christian Education for a local church in Illinois.
